Kate Andrew is a UK-based artist and illustrator living in a small village in South Devon, where she draws daily inspiration from the surrounding natural landscape. Working primarily with pen and pencil, Kate creates contemporary illustrations known for their vibrant use of colour, pattern and nature-inspired detail.
From an early age, Kate has had a passion for drawing and creative expression, rarely without a sketchbook to hand. Her work is deeply influenced by the natural world, reflected in organic forms, playful textures and thoughtful compositions. She particularly enjoys the creative process of developing new ideas and transforming them into finished pieces of artwork.
Kate considers herself fortunate to work as a professional illustrator, creating art that reflects both her personal passion and her connection to nature. She lives with her husband, two sons and their dog, Maggie, and continues to produce original artwork that celebrates creativity, colour and the beauty of the natural environment.
